Hey Good Lookin'

Craig had his interview today with six different people!  He looked so fine in his suit even though he was sick as a dog.  He took the maximum amount of Imodium and didn't eat or drink anything so he could make it through the drive to his interview and his official two hour interview.  It went great!  The manager hasn't interviewed anyone else and gave hints as to no one else being interviewed and hints as to Craig being the one she would like in the job.  YIPEE!   I'm so proud of him!  We should find out in a week. 

Today I usually do a fun irish celebration scones or oatmeal for breakfast some irish stew and irish soda bread for lunch and some sheperd's pie for supper.  We also tell the kids and reminisce about this being the day Craig proposed to me on bent knee at dusk with fireworks in front of Cinderella's castle (because he said I was his princess- he's so sweet).  Having him all to myself and not a care in the world...those were the days.  I'll have to post a couple pictures of us when we were dating.  We look so young! 

Well, no celebration today since he's not feeling so hot, but I planned a spring luncheon with his family to celebrate Spring official arrival.  It's our way of having the bunnies and chicks and eggs but separate from Easter so the kids don't get confused on what Easter truly is about.  And of course it's another day to celebrate and eat!  Because I love to eat!  Here's hoping we are all well this weekend.
