Wear your sunscreen!

I just got a call from the dermatologist this afternoon and I knew something was wrong.  They never ask me to call back unless my labs are bad.  I had a mole whose cells turned cancerous.  The dermatologist got it all out but that is not a call I want to receive right now!  Don't be stupid like me and go to tanning beds (I "had" to be tan in high school) and don't lay in the sun to get a tan.  Use the self tanning lotion and wear your sunscreen!
